Counter Manager RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our in-store experience to life through your flair for business planning and leadership of a high performing team.
You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the counter and ensure all your team are aligned in the Brand vision.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high performing team of Fragrance Specialists.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Ensure the smooth running of the counter and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Coach and inspire your team to exceed their KPIs and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with the Brand team to ensure alignment with the Brand vision.

- Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within Beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- A proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
