Job Overview

YOUR Personal Training is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Hybrid Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work in an employed part-time role combined with a self-employed Personal Training license.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead group exercise classes with enthusiasm and deliver a world-class member experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet brand standards.
  • Support member retention and ensure the gym is always spotlessly clean.

Person Specification

  • The successful candidate will possess and be able to evidence the following personal characteristics:
  • Enthusiastic and personable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 3 PT Qualification.
