Overview:
Lex Leisure is seeking a dynamic and experienced Golf Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our newly established golf facility. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team at a premier 18-hole golf course, Toptracer Range, and cafe/bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the successful launch and operation of a state-of-the-art facility, including an 18-hole course and clubhouse.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service, maintenance, catering, and retail.
  • Manage daily operations of a bustling golf venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee financial performance, including P&L accountability.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure a top-quality playing experience for all golfers.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the venue's visibility and promote golf.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, HR policies, and environmental management standards.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to the local community, supported by the central marketing team.
  • Enhance the Toptracer Range experience for all visitors.
  • Support the golf academy in delivering engaging lessons and activities for the community.
  • Develop a quality catering service in our family-friendly clubhouse.

Candidate Profile:
  • A passion for golf and a solid understanding of the golf consumer's needs.
  • Proven experience in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of golf operations.
