Rendall & Rittner, a leading Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Reception and Club Host.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Conduct tours of the leisure centre, showcasing its facilities and services, and ensuring residents are familiar with available amenities.
- Assist with setting up the resident lounge and meeting space, including preparing refreshments.
- Open and close the leisure centre, ensuring all areas are secure and ready for use.
- Regularly check pool and facility temperatures to ensure they are within safe and comfortable ranges.
- Perform stock-taking duties to maintain adequate supplies.
- Collaborate with the cleaning team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Undertake first responder training to handle minor emergencies.
- Coordinate with the pool training team to ensure regular pool testing and compliance with safety standards.
