Adult Learning Disabilities Service Manager

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will oversee care and support for your service users while leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals.

Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary range of approximately £31,600 - £37,900 per annum, reflecting the excellent standard of living on Guernsey and the unique opportunity to develop your career in this beautiful location.
Job DescriptionIn this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day leadership and management to a team of professionals
- Overseeing the delivery of person-centered care and support services to adults with learning disabilities
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve outstanding outcomes and continuous improvement
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our service, identifying areas for growth and implementing innovative solutions to improve service user experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work, or allied health professions)
- Proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
