At Vermelo RPO, we are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property maintenance strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with regional contractors and internal maintenance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance and facilities management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
