Regional Facilities Manager

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Regional Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement property maintenance strategies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and internal maintenance teams to deliver high-quality services and optimize costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee maintenance reporting, ordering, and invoicing procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor condition and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of property maintenance and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
