Job Description

Dentons is seeking a Global Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our growing new business intake team across the Europe region. We look for reliable, organized candidates with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, who enjoy engaging in teamwork, working in a dynamic international environment, and getting exposure to major business transactions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, legal education is preferred. Prior experience analyzing and resolving conflicts of interest and managing confidential information issues acquired in an international law firm is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex conflicts of interest and provide timely guidance on risk mitigation measures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of conflict and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the firm's operations and advise on necessary adjustments to risk management strategies.
