Construction Dispute Resolution Specialist

As a Construction Dispute Resolution Senior Associate at QC Legal, you will engage in high-quality engineering and construction work, including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other forms of ADR. Your deep experience in construction and engineering disputes, as well as advisory work, will be valuable assets to our team.
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Construction Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our dynamic Construction, Advisory, and Disputes team in our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices. You will be part of a global 100 law firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice rooted in a deep understanding of the sectors and geographies in which they operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in high-quality engineering and construction work, including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other forms of ADR.
- Deep experience in construction and engineering disputes, as well as advisory work.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality legal advice to our clients.
