At Gray Dawes Travel, we are seeking an experienced Global Travel Specialist to join our Edinburgh-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic and rapidly expanding global operations.

We value our people and encourage them to be their best selves. As a Global Travel Specialist, you will provide high levels of customer service, handle enquiries and reservations, and arrange bookings to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Handle enquiries and reservations, arranging and confirming bookings
  • Build traveller profiles to ensure their needs are met
  • Research and provide options to clients for each itinerary, including advice on visas, passport requirements, and vaccinations
  • Process E tickets and travel documentation
  • Offer advice and guidance on available travel options

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business travel is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail
  • Happy to work between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis and attend out-of-hours training if required
  • BA1 or equivalent qualification
