We are seeking a skilled Communication Partner Lead to provide care and support to a young woman with physical disabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the individual to understand their needs and preferences, utilizing assisted technology skills to facilitate effective communication.

About the Role

  • Provide high-quality care and support to the individual, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development of the individual's care plan, ensuring it reflects their evolving needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 36 hours of care per week, working varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in assistive technology and AAC methods, applying this knowledge to enhance the individual's communication capabilities.

What We Offer

£18.00 per hour, weekdays; £21.00 per hour, weekends.
