As a leading British manufacturing company, we specialize in precision plastic injection moulding, tooling and product development. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director Lead to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have significant experience in sales leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on plastic injection moulding. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in leading sales teams and managing sales performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £65,000 - £75,000, depending on experience. This includes a base salary plus bonus opportunities. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
