Job Summary:

Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end strategic procurement plans to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Manage a team of Senior Buyers/Buyers and coordinate purchasing activities for indirect scope.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Develop commodity strategies, control cost drivers, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Lead projects and sourcing initiatives, demonstrating performance delivery and cost reporting capabilities.
  • Drive best practice and manage change, adopting a cross-functional and customer-oriented approach.

Requirements:

  • Background and experience in end-to-end strategic procurement.
  • Commercially astute with good business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Remote management and project management/change management experience.
  • Fluent in English and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
