Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Manage patient bookings and appointments, utilizing the trust IT system to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing letters, photocopying, and answering phone calls, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors, promoting a positive and respectful working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
