Efficient Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Document Management: Prepare documents, including bundles (indexed, paginated and bookmarked)
- Diary Organisation: Organise and maintain up-to-date schedules, arrange meetings and reserve meeting rooms
- Billing and File Administration: Assist with billing, open and close files and ensure all file admin and compliance tasks are completed
- Client Support: Handle new inquiries, reception duties and telephone inquiries in a professional manner, in line with our client care standards
- Administrative Tasks: Manage daily filing, prepare mail and enclosures, photocopy and scan documents and provide meeting support
Requirements
- Experience in a legal secretary role (ideally within family or private client law)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital dictation, document production and diary management
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
