Radio Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Radio Communications Specialist to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing design documentation sets, technical justifications, and specifications associated with RAN Solution Architect responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing test specifications to support System Integration Facility validation testing.
- Collaborating with Test and Commissioning Teams and Build activities.
- Ensuring quality to assure a safe product and compliant operations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Technical knowledge of Tetra radio systems.
- Experience with Telecommunications (Voice & Data Technologies).
- Knowledge of Radio VHF/UHF.
- Fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Radio Systems, Equipment, and Radio Access Networks.
- RAN Solution Architect experience.
- Radio Network Planning experience.
- Radio Network Optimisation Experience.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per fortnight on-site in Barrow-in-Furness, with a competitive hourly rate of £55.25 (Umbrella Rate - Inside IR35).
