Education Support Specialist

This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain valuable experience in education and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting student progress.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group academic support to students in core subjects, helping them develop study skills, time management, and effective revision techniques. Collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed. Assist with delivering catch-up programmes for students who need additional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to students in core subjects
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans to support student progress
- Work collaboratively with teachers to monitor student progress and adjust support strategies
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum 2:1 degree in English, Maths, or Science from a recognised UK university
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to provide effective individualised support
