About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 1:1 and small group academic support to students in core subjects, helping them develop study skills, time management, and effective revision techniques. They will also collaborate with teachers to monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed.
Key Requirements
- A minimum 2:1 degree in English, Maths, or Science from a recognised UK university
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to provide effective individualised support
