About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Think Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers and partners via phone, email, and webchat.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including ordering and provisioning of company products/package offers.
  • Assist with technical support and faults, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
