Telecoms Service Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Service Coordinator to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process customer orders for new services and upgrades with accuracy and efficiency
  2. Verify customer order details and maintain accurate records
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular updates and communication
  4. Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner
  5. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  6. Maintain customer records and update order details and status
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  2. Experience working in the telecoms industry and knowledge of customer service principles
  3. Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  5. Competent with MS Packages and ability to learn new systems
  6. Good education background with English and Maths Grade C or above
  7. Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
