  • Identifying decision makers and potential security guarding requirements.

  • Business Development: Prospect, nurture and develop new business opportunities to present to the CEO.
  • Account Management and Customer Relationships: Ensure a successful working relationship is formed to allow scope for further ad-hoc sales and drive future opportunities.
  • Pricing: Create pricing and quotes as directed by the Commercial Team.
  • Commercial Insight: Responsibility for building and maintaining a database of up-to-date prospects.
  • The ability to build excellent internal relationships across Commercial and Operational teams.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and distribute effective external marketing materials that promote our services to a database of prospective clients.
  • Support the Commercial Team with production of tenders and related materials.
  • Provide weekly updates to the CEO.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
  • Experience of prospecting, negotiating and closing contracted sales.
  • The ability to build and grow strong relationships across an organisation and with external customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication and organisational skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a real willingness to learn about and engage with our business, and both prospective and current clients.
Package Description

We are offering a competitive salary and benefits including:

  • 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays. Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day for each full year's service, up to a maximum of 25.
  • 1% commission sales.
  • Contributory pension scheme.
  • Free parking.

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.
