TimePlan Education is seeking an experienced Special Needs Assistant to join our team at a school in Harrow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with special needs children and experience as a qualified Special Needs Assistant.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who can provide daily support to students with disabilities, working closely with teachers and school staff to ensure the students succeed.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting teachers and school staff in providing assistance to all students with special educational needs
- Providing one-on-one encouragement and guidance to students with special needs
- Helping to create positive learning environments and implementing creative strategies for learning
- Assisting with the development of individual student plans
- Working closely with other staff to ensure the students succeed
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, comprehensive training, flexible hours, and career progression opportunities.
