We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Special Education Needs Assistant in a primary school in Harrow. This role is ideal for graduates with a degree in Psychology or a related field who want to make a difference in young people's lives.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver engaging learning materials to cater to students' unique needs in a primary school setting.
  • Tailor teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students with Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate will have a 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology or a related field from a top 20 UK university, experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs, strong behaviour management and communication skills, and confidence in handling challenging behaviour and supporting learning difficulties.
