Job Overview
GSL Education - Watford is currently seeking an experienced Special Education Needs (SEN) Support Professional to join their team of educators. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs and have excellent classroom management skills.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and highly motivated educator to work with students who require additional support. As a SEN Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that enables students to access the curriculum effectively. Your role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, including those with emotional and behavioral difficulties
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
- Assist students with daily living tasks and provide emotional support as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to undergo one
- Right to work in the UK

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £75-£90 per day, depending on experience.
