Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical professional to oversee and improve various initiatives relating to the data management of our customer portfolio. As the Data Management Associate, you will be responsible for interrogating, analyzing, and amending master data in SAP, CRM, and Salesforce systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.
  • Cleanse customer data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Compile and log daily billing and dunning communication bounce back data and bounce back reports.
  • Contact third-party suppliers and other departments to validate billing document outputs from systems.
  • Conduct thorough customer information validation checks by contacting customers directly via direct calling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data quality assurance protocols and best practices.
  • Manage the Direct Debit process to ensure DDs are processed correctly and timely in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Capture, analyze, and report weekly on failed services and driver notes.
  • Prepare, review, and upload customer contact and invoice data to our 3rd party debt recovery partners.
  • Review and fix open confirmations errors and work with Sales and Operations to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • University/college education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a B2B customer service role.
  • Previous experience in managing a high volume/variety of inbound requests and queries.
  • Previous CRM and/or systems experience (SAP).
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with computer systems and SAP/Database.
  • Strong organizational and people skills.
  • Excellent business communication skills required.
  • Excellent collaboration skills required.
  • Must be accountable and able to work with minimal supervision to fully resolve customer queries.
  • Proficiency in basic math and accounting skills.
