Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities Management division as a Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our buildings through various cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform floor cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types in designated areas to high standards.
- Sanitize toilets, sinks, and fixtures to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Dust and polish surfaces to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Manage waste and recycling, including emptying waste bins and replacing bin liners.
- Stock and maintain cleaning cupboards with necessary supplies.
- Operate cleaning machinery effectively.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures related to cleaning tasks.
- A can-do attitude with the willingness to learn new skills.
- Physically fit for walking, bending, etc within an industrial environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good (spoken) level of English language.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
