Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Facilities Management team as a Cleaning Operative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various cleaning tasks, including floor cleaning, sanitization, dusting, and polishing, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery effectively and efficiently.
- Manage waste and recycling, ensuring that all materials are disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for tasks.
- Identify and report any safety equipment maintenance issues or site safety concerns to the Team Leader.
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
