Job Title: Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients in and around the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down and remove smudges from mirrors, sweep and mop floors
  • Clean restrooms/showers, empty trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, clean shower cubicle partition doors/walls, sweep and mop tile floors
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  • Assist team leaders/supervisors when needed to ensure optimum service to clients
Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Approachable and courteous manner
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in an active corporate building
