Cleaning Operative Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management in Bristol.

Working Patterns:

Monday 9am - 11am, Wednesday 9am - 11am, Friday 9am - 11am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high cleaning standards in allocated buildings or areas, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service provision.
  • Empty waste bins, transport waste to collection points, and perform floor sweeping and mopping tasks.
  • Use electric scrubbing machines, dust furniture, and clean windows and surfaces.
  • Replenish consumables, clean toilets and sinks, and use chemical agents as directed.
  • Undertake wall washing and window cleaning tasks during periodic maintenance programs.
  • Perform other reasonable duties within the job function and maintain confidentiality and data protection guidelines.
