Eaton Syalon Ltd is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their team in Nottingham, UK. This hybrid role involves working 2/3 days in the office and traveling to sites across the country.

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives across Eaton Syalon's UK business. This exciting opportunity allows you to develop your HR career in a dynamic, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and employee performance cases.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies comply with legislation and support managers in applying them effectively.
  • Projects: Support the HR business Partners on key business change projects.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment processes, conduct HR inductions, and improve retention through effective onboarding.
  • HR Administration: Manage the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HR records, and produce key HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Reward and Benefits: Handle pay and benefits queries, support salary reviews, and communicate changes to reward packages.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience in a similar HR Advisor level role, particularly with strong evidence of managing ER Casework. You will need a strong understanding of HR best practices and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. Relationships and building proactive working relationships are key for our client's business, so you will need exceptional interpersonal skills and an inquisitive nature.
