About the Role

 

As a Business Partnering Specialist, you will provide advice, guidance, and support to managers on a range of people matters. You will be part of the Business Partnering team, working closely with leaders to implement change programmes, including consultation with trade unions and staff, and liaison with legal advisers as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide advice, coach, and support managers with HR casework, including sickness absence, performance improvement, grievance, and discipline
  • Support leaders in implementing change programmes, ensuring effective communication and consultation with staff
  • Support the investigation process, producing investigation reports to ensure all cases are managed within a 4-week window
  • Undertake project work as required by the Head of People Services, ensuring robust project plans and timely delivery

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for an HR professional with generalist experience, including employee relations, casework, recruitment, and project work. You should be able to operate independently, using your own initiative, and possess excellent attention to detail.
