Clinical Psychology Expert Position

As a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will contribute to this mission by providing specialist evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for people with complex mental health needs. Your enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team working and skills in steering the team towards trauma-informed psychological understanding will be essential.
We have a good track record in providing therapies training and CPD to support development in clinical and leadership roles. In ELFT, we are passionate about our Quality Improvement approach, and psychologists are key players in many projects. This permanent position comes with a competitive salary of £53,755 to £60,504 per annum (pro rata) and a range of benefits that reflect our commitment to supporting our staff's well-being and career development.
