Complex Needs Service Clinical Psychology Lead

As a Principal Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting trauma-informed assessments, risk assessments, and collaborative safety planning in a community mental health care setting.
You will also provide liaison and joint work with other statutory and voluntary agencies, including crisis management, and supervise professional and clinical practice of qualified and unqualified staff.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with people with complex emotional needs and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
