Clinical Diabetes Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Diabetes Nurse Specialist to join our team in Bedfordshire. As a key member of our Community Nursing Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and promotion of self-management for patients with diabetes.
The estimated salary for this position is £43,041 - £70,718 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including pension scheme membership and generous annual leave entitlement.
About the Role- This is a full-time fixed term post, working 37.5 hours per week.
- You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of diabetes care pathways and protocols within the community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with healthcare professionals, patients, and carers to achieve high-quality patient outcomes.
