We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a registered nurse with experience in dialysis, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in our haemodialysis units.\
Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care and service excellence. You will work collaboratively with our experienced renal team to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.\

Key Responsibilities:\
- Develop and implement effective care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis\
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery\
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renal care\
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes\
\Person Specification:\
- First-level nurse registration with Part 1 of the NMC register\
- Diploma-level education or higher\
- Evidence of ongoing professional development\
- Previous experience in a ward or care environment\
- Computer literacy relevant to renal departments\
- Ability to liaise and work with the multidisciplinary team\
