Sales Advisor

Winemark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our Saintfield Road/Carryduff location.
About the Role:We are looking for a Sales Advisor who can provide exceptional customer service, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including wine and other store products.
- Assist with sales and promotional activities, including setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure that the store is safe and secure at all times, adhering to company regulations and health and safety guidelines.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and administration.
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
