Job Title: Holiday Sales Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Holiday Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about our wine selection.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
