Job Title: Sales Advisor - Forestside Area

Winemark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in the Forestside Area. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including housekeeping, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Assist with promotional set-ups and ensure the store is safe and secure at all times.
  • Comply with company regulations, including cash handling and administration.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing/trading standards legislation.
Requirements:
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • Three months' previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and provide a high level of customer service.
Desirable:
  • Interest and/or knowledge of wine.
  • Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
