About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at Argento during the Christmas period. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, helping customers find the perfect gifts and promoting our fantastic offers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
  • Help customers find the perfect gifts and promote our offers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is not essential, but a passion for customer care and sales is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variable rota, including evenings and weekends
  • Flexibility and reliability to work up to Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
What We Offer
  • Confirmed hours for November and December, with opportunities to lead to a permanent position
  • A competitive hourly rate of £8.50-£11.44
