Job Title: Sales Advisor-Lisburn

Winemark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team in Lisburn. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, including housekeeping, stock control, and merchandising.
  • Assist with promotional set-ups and ensure the store is safe and secure at all times.
  • Comply with company regulations regarding cash handling and administration.
Requirements:
  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with a wine or beverage company.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
