Administrative Finance Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Wrexham. The successful candidate will work on a permanent, part-time basis within our accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes in multiple currencies.
- Entering and allocating sales ledger cash in sterling and euros.
- Processing credit card payments and preparing cheques for banking.
- Completing sales ledger month-end procedures.
- Entering purchase ledger invoices and credit notes in various currencies.
- Checking purchase ledger invoices and completing purchase ledger month-end procedures.
- Producing a month-end purchase ledger pay run.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Accounts role is essential.
- AAT qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
- The ideal candidate should be able to start on 6th January 2025.
Estimated Salary: £21,450 per annum
