About the Position

This part-time Administrative Assistant - Payroll role at Everest People Solutions involves working closely with the finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, experience in payroll processing, and proficiency in using Sage Payroll software.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Completing payroll administration tasks for new hires and departures
  • Preparing and processing weekly payroll data
  • Responding to payroll queries from employees and management
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date tax code records
  • Handling holiday request and approval processes
  • Contributing to the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
  • Supporting payroll audits as required

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
