Your Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans and strategies.
* Work one-to-one with students, providing personalized support and guidance to enhance their academic and personal growth.
* Engage students in various activities, promoting teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and progress monitoring.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience working with young people in educational or care settings preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
* Ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments and situations.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Salary: £120-£150 per day, depending on your skills and experience.
