About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Academy Education Tutor to work with us at Teach, specializing in the East of England region. Our long-standing relationships with educational institutions make us a leading provider of recruitment services for schools, colleges, and nurseries.


This role requires a highly motivated and adaptable individual who can inspire students and effectively communicate with teachers and support staff. You will be expected to adhere to school procedures and policies, demonstrating flexibility in your approach as needed.


Responsibilities:
  1. Support Student Learning: Deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
  2. Establish Strong Relationships: Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and support staff through exceptional interpersonal skills.
  3. Follow School Policies: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to school procedures and policies to maintain a productive working environment.

Compensation Package:

Our estimated salary for this role is between £28,000 and £35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
