Job Title: Customer Care Engineer - Plumbing Specialist

Location: Norfolk

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Care Engineer with a plumbing background to join their team in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to resolve issues and deliver post-contract services.
  • Finalise defects liability works and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with the Company's Equality and Diversity Policy and Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Plumbing qualification and have experience in the building industry.
  • Proven experience in customer care and excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel throughout East Anglia.
  • CSCS card is beneficial.
