As a Customer Care Team Leader at Appello Careline Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Confidently managing the team throughout the shift to ensure maximum availability for our members.
- Resolving escalated complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing performance reviews and giving positive and constructive feedback to direct reports.
