Service Desk Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Whitehaven. As a key member of our inbound customer service department, you will provide technical support and solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Details of the Role
This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £12.77 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
