We are actively seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to join our team at ERS Education Ltd, working with children and young people in East London who require specialist education due to complex mental health disorders and other learning needs.

We are looking for Behaviour Mentors who have experience working with young people with behaviour, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties. You should be able to build strong and meaningful relationships with our students and their families, and be passionate about supporting individuals with SEND.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working with young people with behaviour, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties
- Knowledge of SEMH, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
- Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with students and their families
- A passion for working with SEND
