Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Philosophy Education, supporting a year 3 child with Autism and non-verbal communication needs.

About the Child:

The child requires 1:1 support throughout the school day to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing 1:1 support to the child
  • Supporting the child to develop their communication skills and access the curriculum
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Arrangements:

This is a temporary to permanent contract, with an ASAP start date.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
