We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis in Hackney.

The role involves working with pupils aged 2-19 with complex and significant learning needs, including autistic spectrum condition and physical and sensory impairments. The successful candidate will have experience supporting children with complex needs, ideally in a similar setting, and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

We offer a fully online consultation session to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. Our team consists of specialist education consultants with many years of experience and includes many ex-teachers. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of service to both our clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for pupils with complex needs
  • To work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualised education plans
  • To contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with pupils with complex needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
